Longtime screenwriter Mateo Gil returns to the director’s chair for his second feature, a continuation of the Butch Cassidy saga that finds the famed outlaw embarking on one last adventure in the quest to meet his son for the very first time. Twenty years after he presumably perished in a violent gun fight, Butch learns that he has a son in the U.S. Returning home to meet his boy won’t be easy, though, because a quick-draw cowboy is about to take Butch on the ride of his life. Meanwhile, an obsessive ex-railroad employee is closing in on Butch, and preparing to pull the trigger.
